HBOT, What & how
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is the administering of pure oxygen to a patient in order to improve or correct conditions. By providing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, HBOT can deliver 10-15 times more oxygen than the body normally absorbs at sea level. This additional oxygen is absorbed by the bodies fluids, and acting as an alternative to the blood stream (hemoglobin), transports the additional oxygen to areas of the body deprived of sufficient oxygen due to injury or disease.

New studies appear regularly supporting hyperbaric oxygen therapy as either the primary treatment or a valuable addition to existing treatments.
